TRUEMill® Powered Machining Videos

TRUEMill technology, an option in Surfware's SURFCAM CAD/CAM software, yields dramatic throughput and productivity improvements for the machining environment.

With TRUEMill, the tool engagement angle is precisely and constantly controlled to match the material and tool geometry. The result is a smooth, fluid machining motion that is free from the sudden tool load fluctuations common in traditional toolpaths. The smooth machining motion results in a shorter cycle time by machining faster and deeper. By keeping a steady cutting environment both tool and machine life are greatly improved.
